Your profile, your socials, your mailing list, your site. The sale is yours, the customer is yours and the money is yours. The only thing taken out is the cost of processing the payment: 2.9% + $0.30, which is what the payment provider charges, not us.

When someone who didn't know you finds your product on Dijelo and buys it. That's a sale you didn't have: that's why we charge for it, and why there's no fixed cost on top.

It's that simple: if you bring the buyer, we earn nothing. If we bring them, we both earn. No small print, no setup fee, no monthly minimum.

What we do and don't do about taxes

We'd rather say this clearly before you open your shop than when a letter arrives.

We give you the detail of every sale and every payout, ready for your accounting.
You can set up VAT or whichever tax you're required to charge.
Filing and paying what you owe is still your job. If you sell to other countries, talk to your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Really 0%? Where's the catch?

There's no catch, there's a calculation. If things go well and you sell on your own, sooner or later some sale will reach you through the marketplace, and that's where we earn. We'd rather grow with you than charge you on every sale from day one. The only thing taken out of your direct sales is the cost of processing the card, which goes entirely to the payment provider.

What can I sell?

Any digital product: ebooks and PDFs, video courses, templates, music and audio, software with licenses, recurring memberships, newsletters, private podcasts, video consulting calls, file bundles and access to communities.

What can't I sell?

Nothing illegal, nothing you don't hold the rights to, and nothing that impersonates someone else. No physical products either: Dijelo is for digital only.

How do I know whether a sale came from the marketplace?

Every sale tells you where it came from. If it arrived through your link, your profile or your site, it's direct. It's only marked as a marketplace sale when the buyer found you browsing or searching inside Dijelo.

When do I get paid?

Payouts go out regularly to the account you set up. You need to verify your identity once, as on any platform that moves money.

Can I charge subscriptions?

Yes. You can create memberships billed monthly or yearly, with several tiers, and the charge repeats on its own. The same rule applies: 0% if the subscriber arrived through your link.

Which currency do I get paid in?

You can set prices in several currencies and the buyer sees their own. You're paid in the currency of your payout account.

What if I have to refund a purchase?

You can refund a purchase from your dashboard. When you do, the fee on that sale comes back to you as well.
